Candy cane bath salts!

Ingredients:

8 pounds epsom salt
4 pounds sea salt
1/2 teaspoon glycerin, divided
12 to 15 drops peppermint essential oil
12 to 15 drops red no. 40
3 x 3 Salt Tubes

Instructions:

In a large bowl, mix half the epsom salt with half the sea salt. Stir in 1/4 teaspoon glycerin and 6 to 8 drops peppermint essential oil. Mix well.

In second large bowl, mix the rest of the salts together. Add 1/4 teaspoon glycerin, 6 to 8 drops peppermint essential oil, and the dye. Stir until uniformly colored.

Holding salt tubes at an angle, carefully layer the red and white salts, alternating white and red.

Alternatively, make this recipe in 3 parts, making the third color peppermint green.
