Men's Chapstick Recipe

Ingredients:

STEP 1: Oil Blend
10 oz castor oil
8 oz chardonnay grapeseed oil
8 oz apricot kernel oil
6 oz jojoba
2 oz coconut oil
1 oz meadowfoam seed oil
STEP 2
4 oz of the above oil blend
2 oz beeswax
1/2 oz MP56 (jojoba ester)
Cinnamon Flavor oil (or flavor of choice)
1 tsp Vitamin T-50
1 tsp Vitamin 1400 IU

Instructions:

You can add less beeswax if you want this to be in pots instead of a stick. During the summer I add a pinch extra beeswax for a nice hard stick that can survive a warm pocket!
Add all the ingredients (except for the flavor oil & Vit. E oils) to a large glass mason jar and warm in the microwave for 30 seconds. Then do intervals of 5-10 seconds depending on the power of your microwave and stir between each until beeswax is melted. (A touch of soy wax is also nice if you are in an extra hot region.) It's good to set up your containers and have them ready before it's done melting. Once melted add flavor and vitamin E oils and give a stir. No color for the guys. Begin filling your containers that you have ready. I like to have one big 1/2 oz or 1 oz jar that all the extra goes into so I can have a "variety balm" sitting in my kitchen drawer to put on while I'm cooking. Should fill 50 sticks.
